Mr. Schaefer is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice focuses on general litigation with an emphasis on business counseling and litigation, construction, and securities brokerage litigation. He has represented individuals and entities of all sizes in numerous types of actions across the country. He has experience with both state and federal actions, actions against public entities, probate matters and securities broker-dealer arbitrations. He is a FINRA arbitrator, and is admitted to practice in California, as well as Washington, D.C.
